Replace spark plugs - AP15.10-P-1580EW

ENGINE 276.8 in MODEL 205

REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR ENGINE 272 (except 272.982/984), 273 in MODEL 207 AR15.12-P-2003CV

2 Detach spark plug connectors (2) from spark plugs (1) ENGINE 272.982/984 in MODEL 207

SPECIAL TOOL Puller Fig 3
CLEANING Clean     
3 Blow out any dirt residue in the spark-plug recesses using compressed air NOTES Openings through which contamination or foreign objects can be carried into the engine, its ancillary equipment or detachable parts must be immediately sealed off using suitable caps, stop plugs or a clean, lint-free rag. Damage can occur otherwise.

REMOVING Remove     
4 Remove spark plugs (1) from cylinder heads using spark plug wrench (01) SPECIAL TOOL ENGINE 157, 276, 278 in MODEL 212

INSPECT Check     
5 Check spark plug connector(2), ignition coil and ignition lines (3) for damage, deformation and crack formation If there are problems:

Rectify problem subject to separate repair order.		  
INSTALLING Install     
6 Screw new spark plugs (1) into cylinder heads using spark plug wrench (01) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Spark plug to cylinder head *BA15.10-P-1001-01C
