Remove, install engine charge air channel at turbocharger - AR09.41-P-8622SXI

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
INSTALLATION NOTES Notes on avoiding damage through contamination and foreign objects   AH00.00-P-5000-01A
1 Remove engine cover ENGINE 642 in MODEL 207, 212, 218, 221
Remove/install engine cover ENGINE 642 in MODEL 221		 AR01.10-P-2405SXI
    INSTALLATION NOTES Ensure correct seating of the engine cover.  
2 Remove engine air intake duct downstream of air filter ENGINE 642 in MODEL 207, 212, 218 Remove/install engine intake air duct downstream of air filter AR09.10-P-8130OGE
    Remove/install engine intake air duct downstream of air filter ENGINE 642 in MODEL 221 AR09.10-P-8130SXI
3 Remove cover for belt drive ENGINE 642 in MODEL 207, 212, 218  
Remove/install belt drive components AR13.20-P-0001OGE
4 Remove screw/bolt (1) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw/bolt, engine charge air duct of turbocharger to charge air manifold *BA09.41-P-1001-01J 
5 Remove screw/bolt (3) and retaining clamp    
6 Remove bracket (4)    
7 Loosen screw/bolts (5) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler to oil filter housing *BA09.41-P-1003-01J 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler to bracket *BA09.41-P-1002-01J 
8 Remove engine charge air duct on ATL (2) IMPORTANT First disconnect engine charge air duct on ATL (2) on engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler (6) and then remove to the front.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Install new sealing rings.		  
9 Install in the reverse order
