Disassemble/assemble K3 clutch - AR27.51-P-0830W

IMPORTANT Notes on automatic transmission   AH27.19-P-0001-01NKB
REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove main components of transmission   AR27.50-P-0610W 
DISASSEMBLING Disassemble     
2 Remove retaining ring (105s) and end disk (105)    
3 Remove clutch pack (5) and disk spring (5t) IMPORTANT Check disks for scorch marks and wear.  
4 Attach assembly device to disk spring (21t) and stretch the disk spring (21t) until the retaining ring (21s) is free SPECIAL TOOL Assembly device Figure
5 Remove retaining ring (21s)    
6 Remove assembly device    
7 Remove disk spring (21) and piston (21k) from external plate carrier (21a). IMPORTANT Check sealing ring (arrow) and thrust faces for damage and swirl marks.  
ASSEMBLING Assemble     
8 Install piston (21k) into external plate carrier (21a)    
9 Insert disk spring (21t) IMPORTANT Insert disk spring (21t) in such a way that the curvature of the inner circumference points toward the piston (21k).  
10 Attach assembly device to disk spring (21t) and stretch the disk spring (21t) until the groove for the retaining ring (21s) is free SPECIAL TOOL Assembly device Figure
11 Install retaining ring (21s) NOTES Pay attention to the installation position of the retaining ring (21s).
Otherwise, the disk spring (5t) will become bent and malfunctions will occur.		  
12 Remove assembly device SPECIAL TOOL Assembly device Figure
13 Install disk spring (5t) and clutch pack (5) IMPORTANT Insert disk spring (5t) in such a way that the curvature of the inner circumference points toward the piston (21k).
Observe the installation sequence:

14 Install end disk (105) and retaining ring (105s)    
15 Measure and adjust clearance TRANSMISSION 722.9, 724.2 Multidisk brake B1, B2, B3 and multidisk clutch K1, K2, K3 AR27.51-P-7229W 
INSTALLING Install     
16 Install main components of transmission   AR27.50-P-0610W
