Tightening procedure for cylinder head bolts - AR01.30-P-5800-01MMB

The tightening sequence indicated for the LH and RH cylinder head must be observed. Consequential damage can occur otherwise.
To loosen cylinder head bolts (1 to 11), use the reverse tightening order.
- Tighten cylinder head bolts (1 to 10) to stage 1.
- Tighten cylinder head bolts (1 to 10) to stage 2.
- Tighten cylinder head bolts (1 to 10) to stage 3.
- Tighten cylinder head bolts (1 to 10) to stage 4.
- Tighten cylinder head bolts (1 to 10) to stage 5.
- Tighten cylinder head bolts (11).
