Replace front crankshaft radial sealing ring - AR03.20-P-3000MCU

	Removing
1	Remove belt pulley for crankshaft		AR03.30-P-1700MCU
2	Lever crankshaft radial sealant ring (1) out of timing case cover (2) using a suitable tool	Ensure that timing case cover (2) is not damage otherwise it must be replaced.
3	Remove right rear spring		AR32.20-P-0230MCU
	Install
4	Clean sealing surface on timing case cover (2)	The sealing surface on the timing case cover (2) must be absolutely dust and grease-free otherwise leaks can occur.
5	Screw guide into crankshaft threaded hole		Fig 2
6	Insert crankshaft radial sealing ring (1) via the guide in the timing case cover (2) and then press in flush with the timing case cover (2)	The crankshaft radial sealing ring (1) must be installed dry.	Fig 3
7	Install right rear spring		AR32.20-P-0230MCU
8	Install crankshaft belt pulley		AR03.30-P-1700MCU
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9	Carry out engine test run and check engine for leaks in area of crankshaft radial sealing ring (1)
