Remove/install rear-end door hinge - AR72.20-P-2560MCC

	Removing
1	Remove bottom rear-end door (1).		AR72.20-P-3500MCC
2	Cut left and right bolt (2) off flush in marked area (arrow A) on rear-end door hinges (3).	Cut off outer section of left and right bolt (2). Cutting grinder
3	Remove both pins (2) from rear-end door hinges (3) in direction of arrow (arrow B) and remove rear-end door hinge (3)
	Install
4	Apply wax (4) to bushings located in the lower rear-end door (1) on the rear-end door hinge (3) as shown in picture A.	Wax preservative	*BR00.45-Z-1018-05A
5	Position rear-end door hinges (3) on bottom rear-end door (1) and insert both bolts (2) from inside into bottom rear-end door (1).	Use new bolts (2).
6	Carefully knock bolt (2) in direction of arrow (arrow C) until it arrests in the rear-end door hinge (3)
7	Carefully widen bolts (2) in marked area (arrow A) with two flat chisels (5) so that they are flush with the two rear-end door hinges (3).	Spread bolt (2) so that it cannot be pushed out.
8	Wax rear-end door hinge (3) and bolts (2) in area of (D) with wax (4)	Wax preservative	*BR00.45-Z-1018-05A
9	Install bottom rear-end door (1).		AR72.20-P-3500MCC
