	Removing
	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-P-0003MCC
2	Remove CBS front end (2)		AR88.00-P-1010MCC
3	Remove left front lamp unit (E1)	* not for USA	AR82.10-P-4730MCC
		* for USA only	AR82.10-P-4730MCU
4	Adjust the left front seat to the rear
5	Unclip left tweeter from instrument panel and place to one side with electrical line connected	On vehicles up to 30.8.10 with code (C17) Sound package (2 tweeters, 2 bass reflex boxes and diplexer) (FFO) or On vehicles with code (C54) Sound system 2	AR82.62-P-1000MCC
6	Unclip SAM control unit (N10/10) in front area (arrow A) and fold down to the rear
7	Remove screws/bolts (11) and carefully lower SAM control unit (N10/10) until electrical connectors are accessible
	Install
	Risk of injury  caused by burns to skin and eyes. Risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling fumes when working with heat-shrinkable tubing.	Work in well ventilated rooms only. Wear safety glasses with side protection and protective gloves.	AS00.19-Z-0001-01A

10	Clip SAM control unit (N10/10) into front area (arrow A)

21	Deactivate daytime running lights circuit on vehicle	On vehicles with code (K06) Daytime running lights and without code (460) Canada version Switch off ignition and remove key. Operate headlamp flasher and press "Release" button on key at same time. A signal tone is emitted to confirm that the daytime running lights are switched off.
