DTC P3000-603: Battery Control System: Procedure
- CHECK DTC OUTPUT (EV)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG)
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / EV / Trouble Codes.
- Check if DTCs related to the EV control system are output.
Result
Result Proceed to Only two DTCs of P3000-603 and P307F-123 are output. A DTCs other than P3000-603 and P307F-123 are output. B HINT:
If DTC P3000-603 is stored, P307F-123 is also stored.
- Turn the power switch off.

- CHECK DTC OUTPUT (EV BATTERY)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / EV Battery / Trouble Codes.
- Check if DTCs related to the EV battery system are output.
Result
Result Proceed to DTCs related to EV Battery are not output. A DTCs related to EV Battery are output. B

- POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU MUST BE REPLACED
- Even though it has been determined that the power management control ECU needs to be replaced, make sure to inspect the voltage difference between No. 1 EV battery and No. 2 EV battery before replacing it.
