Air Conditioning Panel Assembly: Installation

  1. CONNECT AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 2 claws and connect the air mix damper control cable.

  2. CONNECT NO. 2 HEATER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 2 claws and connect the heater control cable.

  3. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING PANEL ASSEMBLY 
    1. Connect the 3 connectors and clamp.

    2. Engage the 3 clips, 2 claws and install the air conditioning panel.

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER LOWER PANEL  (See INSTALLATION )
  5. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)  (See INSTALLATION )
  6. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  7. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  8. INSTALL COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH LOWER PANEL  (See INSTALLATION )
  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  12. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  13. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  14. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  15. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  16. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
