Oil Pump: Inspection

Replace rotors if worn or damaged. Using feeler gauge and straightedge (at cover plate), measure oil pump clearances. See OIL PUMP SPECIFICATIONS  table. If clearances are not as specified, replace rotors or entire pump assembly as necessary.
