Preparatory Work

  1. Remove header tank panel cover.

    > Refer to the appropriate Service Information to Remove and install header tank panel cover

  2. Remove front underbody cover.

    > WM, 519219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COVER FOR FRONT UNDERBODY

  3. Remove front wheel bearing housing.

    > 405019 REMOVE AND INSTALL WHEEL BEARING HOUSING 

  4. Only for the right drive shaft:  Remove front axle support, rear section.

    > 400819 Remove and install front axle support - section on  "INSTALLING "
