Preliminary work for measurement 9
Remove cover for center underbody at the left.
Refer to the appropriate service information.
Remove protective plate on power electronics.

Release and disconnect high-voltage line from power electronics to electric A/C compressor.
Connection from electric A/C compressor to power electronics
Perform measurement 9.
Measurement 9 (shown as an example)
Measure resistance at high-voltage line (from power electronics to electric A/C compressor) pilot line in and pilot line out.
Refer to the wiring diagram for the pin assignment of the connectors
Setpoint value < 0.5 Ohm
Evaluate measured result
If the measured value is within the tolerance range, continue with measurement 9.1 .
If the measured value is outside the tolerance range, replace the high-voltage line.
After carrying out repairs, repeat measurement 9.

Disconnect air-conditioning compressor.

Release and disconnect high-voltage line from electric A/C compressor to power electronics.

Perform measurement 9.1.

Measure resistance at high-voltage line (from electric A/C compressor to power electronics) pilot line in and pilot line out.
Refer to the wiring diagram for the pin assignment of the connectors
Setpoint value < 0.5 Ohm
Evaluate measured result
If the measured value is within the tolerance range, continue with measurement 10 .
Contact Technical Support.
If the measured value is outside the tolerance range, replace the high-voltage line.
After carrying out repairs, repeat measurement 9.1.
