Information
- The volume of the structural foam will expand by approx. 0 - 30 % in cavities. When filling large cavities, the chemical reaction can cause strong heat generation.
- Remove fresh foam residues immediately with a cloth soaked in acetone. Hardened foam residues can only be removed mechanically afterwards.

Information
- T he vehicle, components and adhesives must be brought to processing temperature (acclimatized) before starting work. The processing temperature must be maintained for 30 minutes before starting to work on the bonding surfaces.
- Bonding surfaces must be free of oil, dirt, moisture and paint and oxide coatings.
- Do not touch the cleaned surfaces in order to avoid transferring sweat from your hands or dirt to the bonding surfaces.
- Silicone and Teflon sprays cannot be used anywhere in the workshop area.
