Removing Front FLOORPAN

Information

To make it easier to remove the floorpan, we recommend that you separate the floorpan roughly along the flange.

Loosen floorpan joints -A and B- at the top.

1. 1.1 -A- : Remove punch rivets using > VAS 852 001 - body dent removal system, aluminium and > VAS 6790 - compact booster .
  >5X00IN23 REPLACING PUNCH RIVETS AND PENETRATED JOINTS
2. 1.2 -B- : Drill out spotwelds.
