Installing Inner Rear Wheel Housing

- Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface.

- Before final assembly, make sure you fully understand all the work steps involved and carry out a trial assembly without applying adhesive.
- The bonding process can only be carried out reliably when a smooth and swift sequence of operations is guaranteed.
- Do not begin bonding work until all materials and tools necessary for later repair work are available.
- Clip in new bulkhead part -1-
on inner rear wheel housing.
Bulkhead part
- Install inner rear wheel housing and check that it fits perfectly.
- Apply adhesive on joint areas > Bonding areas
of the body. > Application depth 0.5 mm
Use body structural adhesive.

- Apply adhesive on inner rear wheel housing > Bonding areas
. > Application depth 0.5 mm
Bonding areas
- 4.1 Also apply a bead of adhesive all around the bonding surface. > Application depth 3 mm
- Rivet in inner rear wheel housing in area -A-

Areas -B- : > BLIND RIVET 999.190.227.01
Areas -C- : > BLIND RIVET 999.190.229.01
Rivet areas
- Rivet in inner rear wheel housing.
Area -B- : > BLIND RIVET 999.190.227.01
Area -C- : > BLIND RIVET 999.190.229.01
Rivet areas
- Secure inner rear wheel housing in area -A-
using a threaded needle.
It will be secured together with the outer rear wheel housing later using > BLIND RIVET 999.190.227.01 .

- Screw in self-tapping screws -1-
