Installing Closing Panel

Information 

  1. Install closing panel and check that it fits perfectly.
  2. Apply adhesive on joint areas > Joint areas  of the body. > Application depth 0.5 mm 

    Use body structural adhesive.

    Joint areas

  3. Apply adhesive in the marked areas > Bonding areas  on the closing panel. > Application depth 0.5 mm 

    Use body structural adhesive.

    Bonding areas

    1. 3.1  Also apply a bead of adhesive all around the bonding surface. > Application depth 3 mm 
  4. Rivet in closing panel in areas -A, B, C and D-  .

    Areas -A-  : > BLIND RIVFT 999.190.229.01 

    Area -B-  : > BLIND RIVFT 999.190.227.01 

    Area -C-  : > BLIND RIVFT 999.190.230.01 

    Areas -D-  : > FLOW-FORM RIVFT 9A7.003.606.00
