Preparing Inner Side Member For Installation

- Fit in inner side member > Inner side member
and secure it to the body.
Inner side member
- 1.1 Cut inner side member > Inner side member at the point where it joins the body leavind an overlap -Dimension A- of 30 mm.
- 1.2 Fit in inner side member > Inner side member and secure it to the body.
- 1.3 Make cuts through the inner side member > Inner side member and body in the overlap areas.
- Remove inner side member.
- Prepare connection areas > Welding areas
for welding.
