Installing Rear Closing Panel

Information 

  1. Install rear closing panel and check that it fits perfectly.
  2. Apply adhesive on the joint area > Connection areas of body  of the body.

    Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface > Connection areas of body  . > Application depth 0.5 mm

  3. Apply adhesive to the rear closing panel > Rear closing panel.

    Rear closing panel

    1. 3.1  Also apply an adhesive bead of sealant all around the bonding surface. > Application depth 3 mm 

      Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. > Application depth 0.5 mm 

  4. Rivet in the rear closing panel in area -A-  . > FLOW-FORM RIVETS 9A7.008.606.00

    Flow-form rivets

  5. Rivet in the rear closing panel in areas -B-  > BLIND RIVETS 999.190.227.01

  6. Screw in self-tapping screws -1-  .
