Installing Front Side Member (Front Section)

Apply adhesive on the front side member (front section) > Front side member (front section) - outer bonding surfaces > Front side member (front section) - inner bonding surfaces.
Apply body structural adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. > Application depth 0.5 mm

Use body structural adhesive.

Apply body structural adhesive on the joint area of the body > Inner bonding areas > Inner bonding areas.

1. 2.1 Apply body structural adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. > Application depth 0.5 mm
2. 2.2 Also apply a bead of adhesive on the front edge.
  > Application depth 3 mm
Insert front side member [front section), screw in new screws > SCREW N.019.530.8 and tighten to > Tightening torque 24 [18 ftlb.)Nm.
Screw in self-tapping screws -1- .
