Preparing A-Pillar

- Fit in new part and secure it to the body. Check gap dimensions.

Cut A-pillar at the transitions to the body leaving an overlap of 30 mm.

Fit in A-pillar.
- 1.3
Make cut through the A-pillar and body in the overlap area.
- 1.4
Drill holes -A-
for plug-welding using inert gas using a > Nr.201 - twist drill (diameter: 8.0 mm)
