Information
- The object temperature must be above the minimum hardening temperature for the entire specified time period.
- If the minimum hardening temperature could not be reached within the specified time period, the standing time must be increased or additional heat must be applied to the bonded joint.
- If the hardening temperature is significantly less than the minimum hardening temperature, this can cause irreversible damage to the bonded joint. This will have a negative effect on the strength of the bonded joint.
Following repair bonding, the vehicle must not be moved, no further work must be carried out and the vehicle must not be handed over to the customer for at least > Hardenin g time at 28°C 3 h and > Hardening time at 15°C 5 h .
