Use > VAS 6937 - Adjusting gauge for checking and adjusting gap dimensions.

Legsen nuts -2- on both sides of the front lid -1- ¹⁾

Loosening front lid

¹⁾ Only loosen nuts as far as required until the front lid can be moved.
Close the front lid and adjust gap dimensions with respect to the wings, headlights and front apron.

Adjusting front lid
Open the lid ²⁾ and tighten nuts. > Tightening torque 10 N.m (7.5 ft.lb)
²⁾ When opening the lid, make sure that the front lid does not move out of position.
