Installing Coolant Temperature Sensor (Radiator Outlet)

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
    1. 1.1 Biturbo only:  Screw in and tighten screw on screw-type clamp securing pressure hose to charge-air cooler > Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.) +/- 0.5 Nm (0.3 ftlb.) 
    2. 1.2 Replace O-rings.
