Preparing FLOORPAN For Installation

  1. Fit floorpan and secure it to the body.
  2. Drill bore holes for rivets through the floorpan. > Diameter 6.6 mm

  3. Drill bore holes for rivets in areas -A and B-  through the floorpan. > Diameter 6.6 mm

  5. Drill holes for self-tapping screws -1-  .

  6. Drill bore holes for rivets.
    1. 6.1  Copy previously marked dimension of the welded seam -1-  to the new floorpan.

    2. 6.2  Mark dimensions -a-  > Length 13 mm  and -b-  > Length 7 mm  for rivet positions on the floorpan.

    3. 6.3  Drill hore holes fnr rivets through the floorpan in areas where dimension -a-  and dimension -b-  intersect. > Diameter 6.6 mm

  9. Remove floorpan.
  10. Prepare marked areas for bonding and riveting.
