Preparing Front Cross Panel For Installation

Information 

• Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle or a similar component. 
• Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well. 

1. Position front cross panel and secure it to the body
2. Drill bores for blind rivets through both sheetmetal panels using > Diameter 6.6 mm

3. Drill bores for blind rivets -A and B-  through both sheetmetal panels using > Diameter 6.6 mm  .

5. Remove front cross panel.
6. Rivet in blind rivet screw -1 or 2-  . > BLIND RIVET SCREW PAF.008.419

   1	Left-hand drive (LHD)
   2	Right-hand drive (RHD)

7. Prepare marked areas for bonding and riveting.
