Installing Hall-Sender Rotor

- Check the new hall-sender rotor before installing it.
- The hall-sender rotor must not come into contact with a magnet.
- If the hall-sender rotor comes close to a magnet, replace it.

Only install an undamaged hall-sender rotor.

The hall-sender rotor can only be installed at one position because the bores on the crankshaft are offset.
- Install new
hall-sender rotor.
- 1.1 Position new hall-sender rotor, making sure that the bores on the hall-sender rotor and crankshaft are aligned.
- 1.2
Screw in and tighten new
screws.
- Initial tightening 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
- Final tightening + 90°
