Topping Up Oil For Transfer Gear

WARNING: Hot fluid 
  • Danger of scalding 

    → Let the fluid cool down.

    → Wear personal protective gear.

Information 

  1. Unscrew oil inspection plug -1-  .

    Oil inspection plug/oil filler screw

    Information 

    Use only oil approved by Porsche.

  2. Fill in oil using > VAS 6563 - Manual metering pumps, Porsche set up to the lower edge of the oil inspection plug -1-  .
  3. Screw in new  oil inspection plug -1-  .

    > Tightening torque 17 (13 ftlb.) Nm -- Dang --
