Installing Servo Motor On Transfer Box

Information 

If the servo motor has to be replaced, refer to the document

> 397855 REPLACING SERVO MOTOR ON TRANSFER GEAR

1. Replace sealing ring -2-  of the servo motor -1-  .

2. Position the servo motor on the transmission.
3. When installing the servo motor -1-  , make sure that the groove -2-  on the servo motor fits into the gap -3-  on the transfer box.

4. Screw in fastening screws -2-  on the servo motor.

   Tightening torque: > Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)  -- Dang --

5. Clip in fixing clip -3-  on wire harness -A-  .
6. Plug in electric plug connection for servo motor wire harness -1-A-  and lock the connector -a-  .
