Subsequent Work For Removing And Installing Transfer Gear Vent Line

  1. Raise drive train by 40 mm. > VAS 6931 - Transmission and Engine Jack
  2. Fit transmission cross member on the outside of the body using new M10 screws.

    > Initial tightening 50 Nm (36.9 ftlb.) -- Dang --

    > final tightening 90 Degree  -- Dang --

  3. Install rear cardan shaft.

    > 393519 Removing and installing rear cardan shaft - section on "INSTALLING "

  4. Install front cardan shaft.

    > 390219 Removing and installing front cardan shaft - section on "INSTALLING "

  5. Install air vane.
  6. Install exhaust system holder.
  7. Install engine guard.

    > 108019 Removing and installing engine guard - section on "INSTALLING "

  8. Install camshaft housing ventilation.
  9. Install torque support.

    > 103719 Removing and installing torque support - section on  "INSTALLING "

  10. Install secondary-air pump.

    > 266519 Removing and installing secondary-air pump - section on  "INSTALLING "

  11. Install right engine design cover.
  12. Install right engine compartment cover.
