Installing Transfer Gear Vent Line

Information 

• Make sure that no sections of the line are trapped. 
• Always route the vent line horizontally or at a constant upward angle. 
• It can be installed in any sequence as long as it is routed according to specifications at the end.

Vent line routing

1. Fasten clip -1-  on ATF line. Turn clip -2-  on coolant line to the 3 o'clock position in direction of travel and fasten it.

2. Fasten clip -1-  on oil extraction line.

3. The clip -1-  is not included in the scope of delivery. The clip is supplied separately. Fasten clip on tank vent line.

4. To prevent chafing at the vacuum line, fit toothed ring -1-  on the vent line. The toothed ring -1-  is not included in the scope of delivery. The toothed ring is supplied separately.

5. Connect vent line -1  to breather adapter/transfer gear.
