- The volume of the structural foam will expand by approx. 0 - 30 % in cavities. When filling large cavities, the chemical reaction can cause strong heat generation .
- Remove fresh foam residues immediately with a cloth soaked in acetone. Hardened foam residues can only be removed mechanically afterwards .

- The vehicle, components and adhesives must be brought to processing temperature (acclimatized) before getting started. The processing temperature must be maintained for 30 minutes before starting to work on the bonding surfaces .
- Bonding surfaces must be free from oil, old adhesive, dirt, moisture, and layers of paint and oxide .
- Always wear clean gloves when touching the cleaned surfaces to ensure that no sweat from your hands or dirt is transferred onto the bonding surfaces .
