Installing expansion valve

Information
- Before re-installing the expansion valve, the O-rings on the refrigerant lines must be checked for damage and replaced if necessary .
- The O-rings on the refrigerant lines must be coated with refrigerant oil .
- Installation is performed in reverse order.
Observe specified tightening torques:
Expansion valve to air conditioner: Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ft lb.)
Air-conditioning line to expansion valve: Tightening torque 12 Nm (9 ft lb.)
