Re-programming PDK control unit

  1. Re-program  the PDK control unit  using the PIWIS Tester with test software version 14.300 installed:
    1. 1.1. Carry out general preliminary work for control unit programming as described in → 9X00IN BASIC INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR CONTROL UNIT PROGRAMMING USING THE PIWIS TESTER .
    2. 1.2. The basic procedure for control unit programming is described in the service information: → 9X00IN BASIC INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR CONTROL UNIT PROGRAMMING USING THE PIWIS TESTER .
      Required PIWIS Tester software version: 14.300  (or higher)
      Type of control unit programming: Control unit programming is carried out using the "Programming" function  .
      Programming sequence: Read and follow the information and instructions on the PIWIS Tester  during the guided programming sequence. Do not interrupt programming and coding  .
      Procedure in the event of error messages appearing during the programming sequence: → WM 9X00IN BASIC INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR CONTROL UNIT PROGRAMMING USING THE PIWIS TESTER "Troubleshooting".
      Procedure in the event of abnormal termination of control unit programming: Repeat control unit programming by restarting programming.
    3. 1.3. Carry out general subsequent work for control unit programming as described in → WM 9X00IN BASIC INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR CONTROL UNIT PROGRAMMING USING THE PIWIS TESTER "Subsequent Work"
