Removing Control Valve For Air Cushion

  1. Release and pull off the pressure line (red) -1-  under the seat.

    Disconnecting pressure line under seat 

  2. Pull the pressure line (red) through between the backrest frame and seat.
  3. Release control valve pressure line (green) -3-  from the air cushion pressure line (green) -2-  and pull it off. Do not loosen tie-wraps -1-  .

    Disconnecting pressure line for air cushion 

  4. Unscrew two fastening screws from the backrest air cushion. → 721719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR CUSHION FOR BACKREST - SECTION ON "REMOVING" 
  5. Release locking mechanisms -2-  on the control valve -1- (-A-)  and remove the control valve -B-  .

    Disconnecting control valve 

  6. Release pressure line (blue) -3-  from the control valve and pull it off.

    Disconnecting pressure line and connector 

  7. Release electric plug connection -4-  (-a-  ) and disconnect it -A-  .
