  2WD: Tightening torque Item 3 Initial tightening 4 Nm (3 ftlb.) Final tightening 90°

Secure secondary-air line at the cylinder head.

Secure coolant vent line on the cylinder head.

Connect electric plug connections.
Secure fuel connection line on the fuel collection pipe.→ Installing Fuel Distributor Pipe
Install deflector rail and tensioning rail on the cylinder head. → Installing Guide And Tensioning Rails
Install timing chain. → Installing Drive Chain For Timing Drive Mechanism
Install timing-case cover. → Installing Timing-Case Cover
Install camshafts. → 150520 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CAMSHAFTS
Install intake-air distributor. → Installing Intake-Air Distributor
Install upper part of oil pan. → Installing Oil Guide Housing
Install turbocharger. → Installing Turbocharger
Install engine and transmission. → Installing Engine
