Warnings about assembly and straightening work

WARNING: Incorrect handling of airbag triggering unit
  • Malfunction in airbag system

→ Never drive with an untaught or unlocked airbag triggering unit.

→ Teach and lock the airbag triggering unit using the PIWIS Tester 9718  . The warning light will flash continuously until you teach and lock the airbag triggering unit.

→ Inspection and assembly work may only be carried out by specialist staff.
