Subsequent Work

  1. Fit deflection rail. → Removing And Installing Guide And Tensioning Rails 
  2. Install camshafts. → Installing solenoid/hydraulic valve for camshaft controllers 
  3. Fit timing chain. → Installing timing chains 
  4. Fit timing-case cover. → Installing upper timing-case cover 
  5. Set the timing. → Setting the timing 
  6. Fit the fuel distribution pipe. → Installing fuel distribution pipe (fuel rail)
  7. Fit intake-air distributor. → Installing intake-air distributor
  8. Fit the turbocharger on V8 turbo engines. Installing turbocharger, cylinder bank 1 - 4
  9. Take the engine from the assembly support and mount it on the transmission. → WM 100127 REMOVING ENGINE FROM TRANSMISSION AND MOUNTING ENGINE ON TRANSMISSION
  10. Install the engine. → Installing 4.8-litre DFI engine
