Setting The Timing

  1. Set the timing
    1. Position the oil pump shaft -1-  with the flat side up so that it is horizontal to the marking -2-  .

  2. Install sprocket for oil pump
  3. Install drive chain. → Installing timing chains 
  4. Install drive wheel for timing chain.
  5. Install timing chain. → Installing timing chains 
  6. After you have fitted the timing chain, turn the crankshaft twice and check the timing. → Subsequent work
