Subsequent Work

Information

The sealant must be allowed to dry for approx. 30 min after the oil pan has been assembled. Only then should you fill with engine oil.

Install engine carrier. → Installing engine carrier
Install front-axle final drive. → Installing four-wheel final drive
Install steering gear. → Installing Steering Gear
Install the front-axle carrier. → 400619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT AXLE CARRIER
Install engine guard. → WM 108019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ENGINE GUARD (UNDERBODY PANELLING) on DFI engines
Fit oil dipstick together with guide tube.
Fill in engine oil and check oil level. → WM 170117 CHANGING ENGINE OIL AND OIL FILTER ON DFI ENGINES
Remove hook for workshop crane. → 1001IN SUPPORTING V6 3.6-LITRE DFI ENGINE ON THE BODY
