Removing Hydraulic Pump (Cayenne V6)

Information

The engine does not have to be removed in order to remove and install the hydraulic pump.
The hydraulic pump in the V6 engine is accessible from beneath.

Loosen pulley of hydraulic pump, but do not remove it.
Slacken drive belt and remove from the pulley. Removing and installing drive belt
Raise the vehicle. → WM 4000V0 Lifting the vehicle
Remove engine guard. Removing engine guard .

Remove pulley.
Remove both lines on the hydraulic pump (suction line, pressure pipe). Close the open connections with suitable plugs. Collect emerging hydraulic fluid in a suitable container.
Remove hydraulic pump.
