Preliminary Work

  1. Move the actuating pedal to zero position (pull release). Parking brake is released. → WM 465819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT BRAKE CABLE FOR FOOT-OPERATED PARKING BRAKE 
  2. Remove trim panel in the sill area → Removing Inner Door Sill Trim .
  3. Remove lower A-pillar trim panel → Removing A-pillar trim .
  4. Remove centre console → Removing Centre Console .
  5. Remove cover in the driver's footwell → Removing cover under dashboard .
  6. And remove the driver's seat (to facilitate assembly). → Removing Front Seat
