Removing Longitudinal Member For Wheel Housing Upper Section

Remove lock carrier. → REMOVING LOCK CARRIER - section on "Removing"
Remove headlight mounting bracket.
1. 2.1. Unscrew screws -1- and remove bracket -2- .

Remove the wing. → REMOVING WING - section on "Removing"
Loosen welded joints on longitudinal member for wheel housing upper section at the wing strut.
Information

Drill out spotwelds B on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath!
1. 4.1. Drill out spotwelds -B- using Spotweld Drill .

Remove welded joints on longitudinal member for wheel housing upper section at the wheel housing.
