Installing Longitudinal Member For Wheel Housing Upper Section

  1. Fit and secure longitudinal member for wheel housing upper section.
  2. Install longitudinal member for wheel housing upper section -1-  at the wing strut -2-  .
    1. 2.1. Resistance spot-weld longitudinal member for wheel housing upper section -A-  .

    2. 2.2. Plug-weld longitudinal member for wheel housing upper section to the wing strut -B-  using inert gas.
  3. Install longitudinal member for wheel housing upper section -1-  at the wheel housing.
    1. 3.1. Resistance spot-weld longitudinal member for wheel housing upper section -A-  .

    2. 3.2. Spot-weld longitudinal member for wheel housing upper section -C-  using inert gas.
    3. 3.3. Plug-weld wheel housing to longitudinal member for wheel housing upper section -B-  using inert gas.
  4. Install wing. → INSTALLING WING  - section on "Installing"
  5. Install headlight mounting bracket.
    1. 5.1. Insert bracket -2-  and screw in and tighten screws -1-  .

  6. Install lock carrier. → INSTALLING LOCK CARRIER  - section on "Installing"
