Removing drive belt

REMOVAL PROCEDURE - DRIVE BELT

| 1 + 2 | Removing air cleaner assembly. | Unclip oil filler neck. Undo hexagon-head bolt M6 x 25. Undo hose clamp on throttle body and pull plug off the mass air flow meter. Unclip wire on air cleaner housing and remove entire air cleaner assembly. |
| 3 | Removing drive belt | Mark belt travel direction with a coloured pen. Slacken belt, turning the tensioning pulley (wrench size 24 mm) clockwise, hold still and simultaneously take the belt off the drive pulleys. Visually inspect the condition of the belt and replace it if necessary. |
