Removing and installing belt pulley for crankshaft: Notes

CRANKSHAFT BELT PULLEY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

No. Designation Qty. Removal Installation
-1-  Crankshaft journal     Straight pin of belt pulley must align with bore of crankshaft journal
-2-  Friction plate 1 Check for signs of damage Fit between belt pulley and crankshaft flange! Replace if necessary
-3-  Straight pin 1 Check for signs of damage Replace if necessary
-4-  Belt pulley 1   Note installation position (straight pin)!
-5-  Collar screw 1   Replace
