Applying Adhesive

Apply a bead of adhesive to the flanges of the joint.

The thickness of the layer of adhesive after joining must not exceed → Layer thickness: 1 mm;  spread the adhesive out on the bonding surface using a spatula if necessary.

Areas not covered by cathodic immersion paint and exposed body panels in cavities must be brushed or filled with structural adhesive.
