Subsequent Work

  1. Install hydraulic pump.

    Includes: 

    1. Fit pulley and drive belt. Observe rolling direction of previously used belts.
    2. Fit the resonance tube.
    3. Install air cleaner housing.
    4. Connect the pressure and return lines to the underbody if necessary (if you have not already done so after draining the fluid).
  2. Connect the battery.

  3. Fill hydraulic fluid (Pentosin) into the supply tank, bleed the steering system and check for leaks.

    Then check the power-steering fluid level again.

  4. Fit underbody panelling → 519319 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COVER FOR CENTRE UNDERBODY
