Removing Windscreen Frame

Remove roof. → 510355 REPLACING ROOF - section on "Removing"
Remove hinge pillar reinforcement on the left and right. → 516255 REPLACING HINGE PILLAR REINFORCEMENT - section on "Removing"
Cutting the spotwelds
1. 3.1. Mill off spotwelds in areas -A- and -B- using a spotweld cutter.

1. 5.1. Mill off spotwelds at the left and right in areas -A- and -B- using a spotweld cutter (2 plate thicknesses).

Separating spotwelds at the left and right
1. 6.1. Separate spotwelds at the left and right in area -A- using a parting grinder.

Cutting and separating welded joints at the left and right from the inside
1. 7.1. Mill off spotwelds at the left and right in area -A- from the inside using a spotweld cutter.
2. 7.2. Separate welded seam at the left and right in area -B- from the inside using a parting grinder.
