Removing Windscreen Frame

  1. Remove hinge pillar reinforcement at the left and right. → 516255 REPLACING HINGE PILLAR REINFORCEMENT  - section on "Removing"
  2. Milling off spotwelds
    1. 2.1. Mill off spotwelds in areas -A-  and -B-  using a spotweld cutter.

  4. Milling off spotwelds at the left and right
    1. 4.1. Mill off spotwelds at the left and right in areas -A-  and -B-  using a spotweld cutter (2 plate thicknesses).

  5. Separating spotwelds at the left and right
    1. 5.1. Separate spotwelds at the left and right in area -A-  using a parting grinder.
