Installing Rear Cross Member

Fit rear cross member to the body
1. 1.1. Fit the rear cross member on the body and fix in place with tensioning clamps.
2. 1.2. Tack-weld the rear cross member.

1. 2.1. Resistance spot-weld the rear cross member in area -A- .

1. 3.1. Plug weld the rear cross member in area -A- using inert gas.
2. 3.2. Apply a full weld to the rear cross member in areas -B- and -C- using inert gas.
